What it Means to

Share Love

Behind the Art

“Isn’t that what it means to share love?”

A statement of pure, yandere insanity, Yubel believes that love is about hurting each other and causing pain and suffering to help your beloved grow stronger.

This piece captures Yubel in an intense, yandere-inspired pose that brings her complex personality to life. The dark colors surrounding her symbolize her twisted ideals of love and devotion, creating a stark, ominous contrast that highlights her unique allure. In the background, blood-red writing reads “sore ga, aishiouto yukoto nanja naikana?” or “isn’t that what it means to share love?”—a haunting reminder of her unyielding, obsessive nature.

To emphasize her crazed expression, I made her face brighter and added a glow to her eyes, drawing the viewer’s focus and intensifying the impact of her gaze. Her expression is filled with both love and madness, capturing the fine line between passion and obsession that defines her character.

This is one of my favorite pieces of Yubel, bringing together elements of color, lighting, and expression to embody the complexity of her character. It’s a tribute to the darker, more possessive side of love, making it an unforgettable addition to my collection.
