My character design in this artwork is adapted from a previous character I based on myself but updated to reflect one of my go-to outfits, complete with a duel disk to give it that classic Yu-Gi-Oh! touch. The duel disk signifies my connection to the world of dueling, emphasizing how central this world and Yubel are to me.

I created this piece with the intention of making it my new profile picture, so I wanted every detail to represent who I am as both an artist and fan. Yubel’s presence beside me highlights their significance to me, their powerful aura bringing depth and intensity to the composition. I worked to capture the balance between my own character’s personality and Yubel’s complex nature, making the two figures appear united yet distinct.
